Envision Cloud's New & Enhanced Features for Q4 2021! 🎉
We're headed into the final few weeks of 2021 with new and enhanced features ready for you to end the year strong! Some of these features will increase revenue and some will make your experience with Envision Cloud even easier than before! Like always, we focused on suggestions made by you through our ideas/suggestions site!
Here are the features we have added & enhanced:
📆 Add to Calendar Link 
Do you wish your clients had a way to easily add their appointment to their Google or Outlook calendar? Simply add our new merge field called "Calendar Item URL" to your Appointment Reminder email or SMS. Once the client clicks on that link it will be added to their calendar.
📄 Consent Forms Link in Appointment Confirmations
Do you ever need to send a consent form prior to an appointment after your client books? Now you can send your service-specific or general forms via SMS or email by adding the link to your form in Envision. You will then be able to use a merge field to send the form link in your communications.
*This feature is available for Salon & Spa, Tattoo, and Pet Grooming Editions of Envision Cloud. SMS is an optional feature for some accounts.
👩⚕️ Update My Records (UMR) Revamp
We've completely revamped our eForms site with a new look and new features that you have asked for. We've added categories and a whole separate page to manage your form packs along with a few other new features to help you produce and organize your forms easier and more efficiently.
