Review new and updated features for Envision Cloud Medspa edition!

We are constantly updating and adding new features based on needs and wants of our clients. The following feature was released as soon as it was available because we know they are important to your business and industry standards. 

📝 UMR Form Pack Status

You will now be able to determine the active status of any form pack sent over to a patient. If you want to know if the patient has completed the form pack or otherwise, you will now be able to see an status indication per form pack sent.

The status options include: 

Open: No forms have been completed or cancelled

Partial: At least one form is completed and at least one form is incomplete

Completed: All forms have been completed 

Cancelled: Any form cancelled

N/A: This status will appear if there is any error in processing the status
