Personalized Envision Online University courses are free and included in every edition of Envision Cloud for the first three months of your contract.
If you need longer than the first three months of your contract you may subscribe for three months access or one month access to all your courses.

What is Envision Online University?
Envision Online University is a series of voice-guided web-based tutorials that cover how to use a wide array of Envision Cloud features. The courses go over everything from inventory and commissions to marketing and reporting. The classes are interactive, meaning you get to simulate typing, clicking, and navigating through the software. Three months of access to Envision Cloud is available for purchase as an add-on for any edition of Envision Cloud.

We've got something for everyone! With courses like Front Desk designed for Front Desk personnel and Envision Master for managers and owners, Envision Online University is tailored to the different positions within your business. With more general courses like Basics, Envision Online University is a great tool to train new employees or just get a quick refresher!

Envision Online University is accessible from the web, meaning learners can work on courses from home and mobile devices! These training videos are made so you can get the most out of Envision Cloud. Understanding different facets of your business software can allow you to utilize them most effectively. These classes are designed to be stopped and started so you can learn at your own pace easily. The instruction covers Envision’s functions step-by-step, so it’s simpler to apply when working with the actual software. Not to mention, EOU also tracks your progress as you make your way through the tutorials. At the end of it all, you can earn your Envision Cloud Master Certificate!

To see prices for your edition, visit your Manage Subscription page > Signup for addon and services. The price will show next to your "Add to Subscription" button.

Users Included per Envision Cloud Edition
You may add individual users so that they may go through their own courses or you can share users. The benefit of multiple users is to track the personal progress and receive an accurate certificate of completion.

What courses do I get with Envision Online University?
Depending on what edition of Envision Cloud you have determines the type and amount of courses are offered. Each course has classes. A user must complete each class to go on to the next course. Below is a list of courses for each edition of Envision Cloud.

Three months of access to Envision Online University is available as an add-on for any version of Envision Cloud.
To purchase Envision Online University
1. Select Manage Account from the gear menu in the upper right.
2. Select Signup for add on services under Additional Services
3. Select Add to Subscription next to Envision Online University
One month of access is available for purchase when you contact our admin at
