💉 Injections Report
The Injections Report is designed for you to track injections given to specific clients by specific employees. You can also view which Compounds were used, where your client was injected, and the amount of injections given.
You can filter this report by:
- Date Range (today, yesterday, week, month and quarter, or custom selection)
- Clients (all clients or a specific client)
- Compound (all compounds or a specific compound)
- Lot # (type in the lot number in the field)
- Company Selection (this is for Med Spa's with multiple locations: select all companies, this company, or selected companies)
In this report, you can view:
- Date the injections were given
- Client name
- Compound
- Lot #
- Injection Site
- Amount of Injections
- UOM or Unit of Measure
- Employee who administered the injection
- Any notes written at the time of injection

💊 Prescriptions Report
This report is designed to give you an organized, detailed view of all medications prescribed to specific clients in a chosen period of time.
You can filter this report by:
- Date Range (today, yesterday, week, month and quarter, or custom selection)
- Clients (all clients or a specific client)
- Prescriber (all prescribers or a specific prescriber)
- Pharmacies (all pharmacies or by a specific pharmacy)
- Sort By Options:
- Company Selection (this is for Med Spa's with multiple locations: select all companies, this company, or selected companies)
In this report you can view:
- Client name
- Prescription/medication name
- Who prescribed the medication
- The client's pharmacy
- The date the prescription was made
- A checkbox signifying whether medication substitutions were allowed or not

💲 Revenue by Resource Report
This report lets you track your revenue based on your resource rooms.
You can filter this report by:
- Date Range (today, yesterday, week, month and quarter, or custom selection)
- Resource Categories (all or by a specific resource)
- Company Selection (this is for Med Spa's with multiple locations: select all companies, this company, or selected companies)
In this report, you can view:
- Resource type
- Time
- Revenue
- % of Revenue

🩺 Treatments Report
The Treatments Report is a great option to use if you want to print a summary of your client's treatment screen, which includes their vitals, SOAP notes, and more.
You can filter this report by:
- Date Range (today, yesterday, week, month and quarter, or custom selection)
- Clients (all clients or a specific client)
- Services received (all services or by a specific service)
- Company Selection (this is for Med Spa's with multiple locations: select all companies, this company, or selected companies)
In this report, you can view:
- Client name
- Treatment date
- Appointment reason/service
- Vitals
- Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan (SOAP tabs from the treatment screen)
- Nurse and Doctor signatures
