How to Register for EP/EPCS
1. Click on EP/EPCS Prescriber Registration under the Medical tab in the main navigation bar.
This will bring you to your EP/EPCS prescribers screen. A list of all your employees that are registered or that need to be enabled are here.
You can see every employee and their status as EP/EPCS prescribers, along with their DEA numbers, NPI numbers and clinician IDs. The status options are shown below.
2. Click the Enable button on the left of an employee to start the register process.
You must have a valid home address and birthday for each employee who is being registered. You can edit the employee profile directly from the EP / EPCS Prescriber Registration list using the pencil icon.
3. Choose the level of access for each employee.
- EP - Electronic Prescriptions (50.00 / Month per user)
- Electronic Prescriptions with Controlled Substances (75.00 / Month per user)
- Prescribing Agent (25.00 / Month per user) A prescribing agent has limited capabilities. They can view notifications and medical history and prescribe but they CAN NOT print or send prescriptions/medications to pharmacies.
