Round robin employees when booking "First Available" appointments for online booking

When a client selects "First Available" for the provider preference when booking their next appointment online, the Envision Cloud system will distribute each appointment across all available staff members equally.


How it works:

Envision stores the date each employee booked their last online appointment.

Using this information, the next time “First Available” is selected, the employee with the oldest date for an online appointment will receive the next “first available” request. Therefore, all employees will be included more consistently in the online booking process.
