      How to allow Envision to recognize the number when you call us for support

      Support Access

      Company Settings > Support > Add Phone Number

      support access

      By selecting the Add Phone Number button, this number will be registered in Envision's database as affiliated with your company. This will also allow us to recognize the number when someone from your business is calling in for technical support.
