About the PMHX tab and its selections within the treatment screen
The treatment screen is available with AestheticNow. To upgrade your account, please contact our Sales Team at 321.307.9099 or sales@aestheticnow.com.
The PMHX tab allows display and entry of client's past medical history. Individual selections for each section are entered on the corresponding lists. These options may also be entered from medical forms (UpdateMyRecords.com forms) that clients complete.
Allergies
Allergies as entered on the Allergies List will be available for selection in this section.
Meds
Medications as entered on the Medications List will be available for selection in this section.
Surgeries
Surgeries as entered on the Surgery List will be available for selection in this section.
Chronic Conditions
Conditions as entered on the Conditions List will be available for selection in this section.
Security Limitations for PMHx tab
